Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including any tags). Jewelry should not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized jewelry, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Please review the product page or order confirmation for any items that may not be covered by our return policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Please be sure to include your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason for your return.

3. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to ship your item back.

5. Ship your item back: Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and make sure the package is insured for its full value. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred on the return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

Refunds: If your return meets all eligibility requirements, we will refund the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will not charge you additional shipping costs for an exchange unless the value of the replacement item is higher than the original purchase price.

Note: If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the gift card used for the original purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if the item you received is defective or incorrect (i.e. wrong size, color or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g. engravings)

Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items

Earrings for hygiene reasons

Exchange or Refund

If you are not eligible for a return or wish to exchange an item for another, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the returned item. Store credit can be applied toward a future purchase and does not expire.

Damaged or Lost Items

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping method when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If the item you received was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. If you change your mind after receiving your order, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund for an eligible return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
